Track Your Packages

You can track your packages with ease by using your Customer Portal also called the dashboard. The dashboard provides real-time updates on the status of each package that was delivered to our US warehouse and takes you through the process each package have to go through before it is ready for pick up or delivery here in Jamaica.

Email Notifications

Important information and package updates are sent to the email you use to sign up. Emails are sent out at important juncture of the package journey from the point the package has been delivered to or warehouse until the point it has been delivered to our pick up location here in Jamaica. Stay informed about exclusive deals, offers and crucial information that can enhance your experience with us.

Delivery Drop Box

There is a Drop Box in place at our US warehouse. This is you facilitate packages that were delivered after closing hours, on the weekend or on a public holidays. Although the drop box is in place, packages will not be updated to your dashboard until the next business day at which time they will be processed to be shipped.

Air Freight

We ship 3x per week. Enjoy the convenience of your packages being available for pick up within 24 to 48 hours after it has been delivered to our US warehouse. To gain access to this service all you have to do is to login to your Customer Portal and select shipping address, now enter this address exactly as you see it on your dashboard to your preferred shopping site to be used whenever you make an order. Packages that were delivered on a weekend or a public holiday will be processed on the next business day.

Credit Card Service

You don't have a credit card? No Problem, use Ours. You can contact us via Whatsapp for more details.

Free Delivery

We offer free delivery within Kingston. If you live or work in this region, then you can put in a request for delivery through our WhatsApp number and receive your packages right at your doorstep. Deliveries outside of Kingston prices vary.

Barrel Packing Service

Don't have a relative or a friend in the US? That's ok, we offer the ultimate barrel packing services tailored to your customers' needs. You can source the products, send them to our warehouse and we pack that barrel for you or we can source them for you too. For more information contact us via Whatsapp.

Sea Freight

We also provide Sea Freight Services that sails once weekly. Sea Freight is usually referred to as weightless shipping and is mostly used for those bigger and bulkier products that would generally weigh a ton. It is more cost effective for the larger shipments as price is not determined by weight but rather the dimension.
